We could say discover, or even student instead of child...
Amy is great at this so I am pretty much counting on you :)
I enjoyed dinner the other night and I believe we got a lot accomplished. Thanks for being great!

Here's my thought. I want it to sound like the leader is already there, we are simply finding it and bringing it out. Help me...here's what I have so far...
